Grotta dell'Occhio di gufo is a system of caves, including the lair of the Mostro di Tufo in the Blood and Wine expansion. Located in the Foresta marcescente, these grottoes can be accessed via two cave entrances, the eastern one only opens up to the lair after finishing Contratto: il mostro di Tufo. The western entrance is at the eastern end of Ruscello sottile.
